P-Tn VideoRECORDS are the videotape equivalent of RoutePHOTO / RouteSCAN services that document pre-existing conditions on (or adjacent to) pipeline, street improvement, or building sites. Video enhances the imagery with full-motion viewing; depth perception is improved, both sides of objects are shown, and we stop to zoom-in for detailed close-ups of conditions. We describe our video with audio narration, constantly updating locations & viewing direction, and adding detailed technical descriptions of the on-screen conditions or damage; download flyer

We utilize full-size VHS and DV digital format equipment for our VideoRECORDS. Duplicates of all recordings are included, in VHS-format or DVD Disc, for television or computer playback.

All tapes are labeled with the project name and recording date - clearly marked as originals or duplicates. We include a field-log of videotape segments, to aid in finding video clips you wish to review. A notarized affidavit of authenticity is provided, to attest that your VideoRECORD was produced by an "objective third party" - a trained & experienced videographer, employed by an established professional firm; in P-Tn's case, with a 30-plus year reputation.

Simply another form of 'Visual Documentation' for pre and/or post-construction protection, during-construction updates, and taping of equipment operation training sessions. As with P-Tn RoutePHOTOS, the experience, expertise, and thoroughness of the videographer in-the-field is the most valuable aspect of our service.
